OrcaLearn is an AI-powered homeschool assistant built on the Lightchain blockchain. It is operated by an individual developer and provided as-is for families worldwide. It is not a licensed educational institution and does not provide accredited instruction.

AI-generated lesson plans, quizzes, and educational content are for general reference purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional educators, accredited curricula, or licensed tutoring services. The operator makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any specific student or educational goal.
3. Your Data & Privacy
All student profiles, lesson history, quiz results, and progress data are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device. The operator has no access to this data and it is never transmitted to any server. If you clear your browser data, this information will be permanently deleted. The operator is not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device.
4. Payments & No Refunds
Subscription payments are made in LCAI on the Lightchain blockchain. All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to service interruptions, dissatisfaction with AI output, device loss, or accidental payment. By making a payment you acknowledge that you understand and accept the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
5. Service May Change or Stop
OrcaLearn may be modified, suspended, or permanently discontinued at any time without notice. Features may be added, removed, or altered. The operator is under no obligation to maintain or continue the service. Access to AI features depends on the availability of the Lightchain AIVM network, which is outside the operator's control.
